According to the American Dental Association, dentists are required to screen for sleep-related breathing disorders. Any dentist not doing this is practicing below the standard of care.3. Fluoride is a neurotoxin—and it’s outdated.We have better options now. Nano-hydroxyapatite rebuilds enamel without the toxicity.4. Breastfeeding does NOT cause cavities. Let’s stop blaming moms. Cavities are more about how and when we feed, mouth breathing, oral hygiene, and microbiome balance—not breast milk.5. Cavities are curable. With the right nutrition, pH balance, and remineralization support, early-stage decay can be reversed. But your dentist has to believe in healing, not just drilling.
